On January 26, 2022, PollyEx, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received $37,249,994.88 in a round of funding led by returning investor Menlo Ventures Management, L.P.. The transaction included participation from new investors Movement Mortgage, LLC, First American Financial Corporation, Fin Venture Capital, LLC, returning investors Eight Partners VC, LLC, Khosla Ventures, LLC and Fifth Wall Ventures Management, LLC.

As part of transaction Tyler Sosin, from Menlo Ventures Management, L.P joined the company's board. The company has raised over $50,000,000 in funding till date.
