First Graphene Limited (ASX:FGR) announced a private placement of 23,333,333 shares at a price of AUD 0.15 per share for gross proceeds AUD 3,500,000 on April 4, 2019. The transaction will include participation from institutional and sophisticated investors. The transaction does not require shareholder's approval.
