Pursuant to Art. 100y, Para. 1(2) and Para.2 of the Law on the Public Offering of Securities (LPOS) and the regulations for its implementation we hereby inform you that on 26 July 2021 by notice No. 20210726135735 in the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-for-Profit Legal Entities with the Registry Agency the term in office of Ms Nadya Koshinska as member of the Managing Board of First Investment Bank was extended by 4 (four) years.

Please inform of this notice the Investment Intermediaries and Securities Markets Department within the Supervision of Investment Activities Directorate.
