FSL TRUST ANNOUNCES DATE FOR THE RELEASE OF THE FIRST QUARTER 2022 RESULTS AND LIVE

Singapore, 20 April 2022 - FSL Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FSLTM"), the trustee-manager of First Ship Lease Trust ("FSL Trust" or the "Trust"), will report the financial results of FSL Trust for the first quarter ended 31 March 2022 on Wednesday, 27 April 2022, after trading hours.

FSLTM will host a live webcast to discuss the financial results for the first quarter of 2022 at 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on Thursday, 28 April 2022.
