FirstFarms A/S’ Board of Directors has adopted the following financial calendar for 2021:

25 March 2021 Annual report 2020
27 April 2021 Annual general meeting
26 May 2021 Interim financial report 1 January – 31 March 2021
25 August 2021 Interim financial report 1 January – 30 June 2021
24 November 2021 Interim financial report 1 January – 30 September 2021

Proposals from the shareholders for discussion on the annual general meeting 27 April 2021 shall be in the Board of Directors’ possession at the latest 16 March 2021.

Firstfarms A/S is a Denmark-based company engaged in the agriculture sector. It specializes in acquiring, developing, maintaining and modernizing land and agricultural companies in Eastern Europe that are involved in the milk-, cattle- and pig production. The Companyâs main activities are divided into two business areas: Milk production, which comprises dairy cows; and Field production, including wheat, malt barley, sunflowers, rye and maize, as well as crops for fodder consisting of maize and lucerne silage, sorghum and hay. It operates primarily in Slovakia, Romania and Denmark. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of a number of entities, such as FirstFarms sro and FirstFarms srl, which are based in Slovakia and Romania.
