On June 28, 2022, ShareBite, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received $39 million in its series B round of funding led by new investor Prosus Ventures N.V. The transaction also included participation from new investors Fiserv, Inc. and Contour Management, LLC, existing investors Reign Ventures, London Technology Club Limited, Not Boring Capital, LP and others.
