WELLINGTON, New Zealand--Medical-devices manufacturer Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Ltd. said it is planning a third manufacturing facility in Mexico.

The new factory will be commissioned within the next two years, the company said Friday at its annual shareholders meeting.

"We are continuing to grow manufacturing capacity to ensure a further increase in supply of our respiratory products is available if required," Chief Executive Lewis Gradon said in a statement.

Fisher & Paykel also said it isn't providing guidance for the first half.
