Five affiliate debtors filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on June 19, 2024. The affiliates include Fisker Inc., Terra Energy Inc., Platinum Ipr LLC, Blue Current Holding LLC and Fisker TN LLC. The debtors are represented by Robert J. Dehney of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP as its legal counsel.
