Five-Star Business Finance Limited announced a private placement to issue 410,000 warrants at an issue price of INR 192.25 for the gross proceeds of INR 78,822,500 on August 17, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investors Lakshmipathy Deenadayalan 260,000 warrants, Rangarajan Krishnan 100,000 warrants and Srikanth Gopalakrishnan 50,000 warrants. The transaction has been approved by shareholders and is subject to general shareholders to be held on September 13, 2024 for 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
