ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO ACCEPTANCE BY THE CSRC

OF THE APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF

NEW H SHARES UNDER SPECIFIC MANDATE

Reference is made to the circular (the "Circular") of Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") dated 2 March 2021 in relation to the proposed issue of New H Shares under the Specific Mandate (the "Issuance"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

On 1 April 2021, the Company received the CSRC Acceptance Notice of the Application for Administrative Permission (Acceptance No.: 210759) 《中國證監會行政許可申請受理單》(受理序號：210759) issued

by the CSRC. The CSRC has reviewed the application materials of the H Shares Issuance submitted by the Company. The CSRC considered that the aforesaid application materials were complete and decided to accept the application materials for further processing.

As set out in the Circular, the Issuance is subject to a number of conditions, including approval from relevant government and regulatory authorities including the CSRC and the Stock Exchange, and accordingly, may or may not proceed. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution in dealing in the H Shares or other securities of the Company. The Company will make further announcement(s) according to the progress of the matter as and when appropriate.
