Exane BNP raises Flatexdegiro to 'Outperform' - target to 18 euros

PARIS (dpa-AFX) - The French investment bank Exane BNP Paribas has upgraded Flatexdegiro from "Neutral" to "Outperform" and raised its target price from 13.50 to 18.00 euros. Although the online broker's shares have risen by a quarter in 2024, they are lagging behind those of competitor Swissquote, analyst Christoph Blieffert wrote in his recommendation published on Thursday. With a new CEO, an improved management structure and long-term opportunities due to the highly probable upcoming equity pension in Germany, Blieffert sees a lot of opportunities. The current low level of trading activity leaves room for upward movement./ag/gl
