Martin Korbmacher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO, whose term of office as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Supervisory Board will expire at the close of the Annual General Meeting in 2025, today announced to the company that he will not stand for re-election.

The same applies to Supervisory Board members Britta Lehfeldt and Aygül Özkan.

The Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO AG will now continue the process of selecting successors for the outgoing Supervisory Board members.

With the end of their terms of office on the flatexDEGIRO AG Supervisory Board, Martin Korbmacher, Britta Lehfeldt and Aygül Özkan are also resigning from the Supervisory Board of flatexDEGIRO Bank AG.
