FlatexDEGIRO: appointment of Oliver Behrens as CEO

FlatexDEGIRO announces the appointment of Oliver Behrens as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 1, 2024 for a period of three years.

Oliver Behrens, with 40 years' experience in the European financial industry, succeeds Dr. Benon Janos and Stephan Simmang, who have been interim Co-CEOs since May 2024.

Prior to this appointment, Behrens held various management positions at Morgan Stanley and Deka-Bank, and is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DWS Group.
