COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

• Fleury S.A. ("Grupo Fleury" ou "Companhia"), em continuidade às informações divulgadas nos

comunicados ao mercado de 22 e 23 de junho de 2021, e como parte das atualizações sobre a indisponibilidade dos sistemas da Companhia, provocada pela tentativa de ataque cibernético, informa aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que começou a restabelecer esses sistemas internos em hospitais. Esta foi a prioridade da Companhia desde o início do incidente, em face da criticidade na assistência a pacientes internados. Paralelamente, seguimos atendendo nossos pacientes em todas as nossas Unidades de Atendimento por meio de soluções de contingência.

Reiteramos que nossa base de dados está íntegra e destacamos que não há quaisquer evidências de vazamento de dados e informações sensíveis.

A Companhia segue contando com a atuação de empresas de referência em tecnologia, segurança da informação, bem como de quality assurance, ou seja, de auditoria dedicada a certificar a qualidade do processo de restabelecimento das nossas operações de atendimento. A Companhia seguirá informando o mercado acerca da evolução dos trabalhos de restauração integral e normalização dos nossos sistemas.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Fleury SA ("Fleury Group" or "Company"), in continuity with the information disclosed in the notices to the market of June 22 and 23, 2021, and as part of the updates on the unavailability of the Company's systems, caused by the attempt of a cyber-attack, informs its shareholders and the market in general that started to reestablish the internal systems at the hospitals. This was the priority of the Company since the beginning of this incident, given the criticality of care for inpatients. At the same time, we continue to care for our patients in all our Patient Service Centers through contingency solutions.

We reiterate that our database is integrate and we emphasize that there is no evidence of leakage of data and sensitive information.

The Company continues to rely with the work of leading companies in technology, information security, as well as quality assurance, in other words, an audit dedicated to certifying the quality of the process of reestablishment of our service operations.

The Company will continue to inform the market about the evolution of the integral restoration and normalization work of our systems.
