Key Figures November 2020 and Bond Placement to increase Liquidity Reserves
Traffic figures
245'187 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in November (-89.0% vs. previous year). Local passengers decreased by -86.6% and transfer passengers decreased by -94.5%. The transfer rate, which was at 31.6% last November is at 16.0% in the month under review.
Air traffic movements
In November, air traffic movements decreased by -71.5% to 5'660 versus previous year.
Traffic ratios
The average seat load factor saw a decrease of -34.5 percentage points to 41.8% and the average passenger per movement figure decreased to 71.1 (127.6 previous year).
Commercial Activities
Total turnover in November was CHF 15.5m (-65.1% vs. previous year). The decrease divides into -86.7% for airside and -35.9% for landside.

Successful Bond Placement
Under the joint lead management of Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse AG and Raiffeisen Schweiz, Flughafen Zürich AG has successfully placed a bond of CHF 200 million with a maturity of 7 years (maturity: December 30, 2027) and a coupon of 0.10 percent in the domestic market. An application has been made for the bond to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ISIN: CH0570576568).
With this transaction, Flughafen Zürich AG capitalizes on the positive market environment to build further cash reserves.
