• The two organizations have signed a collaboration agreement for the new Fluidra Scholarship program aimed at students with excellent academic potential from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Esade and Fluidra have signed a collaboration agreement for the development of a scholarship program aimed at students with excellent academic potential from diverse socio-economic backgrounds to help them develop skills and competencies to improve their professional outlook.

Under this agreement, Fluidra, a global leader in pool and wellness equipment, will fund two scholarships covering 90% of the cost of each academic year. This will enable undergraduate students who demonstrate academic excellence to complete their studies at Esade over a four-year period. Fluidra will choose the two scholarship recipients, taking things like values, corporate culture and gender equality into account. While studying at Esade, the two scholarship recipients will also be encouraged to participate in academic internships or specific projects related to Fluidra.

The agreement, which was signed by Olaya García Lancha, Director of Institutional Development & Engagement, and Xavier Tintoré Segura, Fluidra's CFO, is an excellent example of how both organizations are working toward the common goal of offering future opportunities to talented young people who lack the financial resources to pay for a college education.

Diversity in the classroom

In accordance with its mission, Esade aims to attract talent and provide opportunities for students who are highly motivated and have outstanding academic records but lack the necessary financial resources. To that end, it is making an effort to increase the Talent Scholarships that the institution awards to young people with excellent academic records who need financial aid to finance studies leading to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - BBA, a Bachelor's Degree in Law or a Dual Degree in Business Administration and Law, using its own resources and funds from donations.

The Scholarship Program is committed to talent, diversity and equal opportunities. It is a strategic commitment and the best tool to provide opportunities for the future to talented students who lack the financial resources needed to study in Esade's classrooms.
