Fluidra, S.A. ("Fluidra" or the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of section 227 of Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, which passed the amended text of the Securities Market Act, hereby issues the following:

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

The Company has signed a liquidity agreement with the financial intermediary Banco de Sabadell, S.A., as reported in the Other Relevant Information disclosure released on 30 March 2020 under record number 1276. Under this agreement, an amount of 80,000 shares and a cash of 720,000 euros were initially allocated. Pursuant to this agreement, transactions were conducted until 31 December 2020. In compliance with the provisions of Circular 1/2017, Rule Four, section 2b), a summary is given below of the transactions conducted during the last quarter.
