On October 28, 2020, FNCB Bancorp, Inc. declared a dividend of $0.055 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020, representing a 10.0% increase over the $0.05 per share dividend declared for the same quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2020 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2020.
FNCB Bancorp, Inc. is the bank holding company of FNCB Bank (the Bank). Its primary activity consists of owning and operating the Bank. For personal customers, the Bank provides various deposit products, including savings, money markets, certificates of deposit and checking accounts, along with a line of preferred relationship products that offer premium benefits for higher-balance customers. The Bank operates through about 16 community offices located in Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Wayne Counties.
