Focusrite plc (AIM:TUNE), the global music and audio products company that trades under the Focusrite and Novation brands, announces that Lisa Hawley, the spouse of Damian Hawley, Chief Revenue Officer and a PDMR, sold 17,590 shares at 724p each on 29 January 2020. Following the sale Mr Hawley's beneficial holding is 168,795 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.29% of the total number of shares in the company.
