Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas S A : Ashurst advises FCC on the sale of a 49% stake in its UK EfW portfolio to iCON Infrastructure Partners

International law firm Ashurst has advised the Spanish construction company Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas S.A. in relation to the sale of a 49% minority stake in Green Recovery Projects Limited, a holding company for five UK energy from waste facilities, to iCON Infrastructure Partners. The EfW facilities are located at Allington, Eastcroft, Buckinghamshire, Edinburgh and Lincolnshire.
The Ashurst team was led by partner Jason Radford and included partners Patrick Boyle, Bruce Hanton, Nick Stalbow, Cameron Smith and Anthony Johnson.
