International law firm Ashurst has advised the Spanish construction company Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas S.A. in relation to the sale of a 49% minority stake in Green Recovery Projects Limited, a holding company for five UK energy from waste facilities, to iCON Infrastructure Partners. The EfW facilities are located at Allington, Eastcroft, Buckinghamshire, Edinburgh and Lincolnshire.
