Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. Approves Payment of Cash Dividend, Payable on May 5, 2022 and November 7, 2022

Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V.'s shareholders' meeting approved the payment of a cash dividend of MXN 0.7085 per each Series "D" share and MXN 0.5660 per each Series "B" share, which amounts to MXN 3.4000 per "BD" Unit or MXN 34.0000 per ADS, and MXN 2.8300 per "B" Unit, to be paid in two equal installments, payable on and November 7, 2022.
