Item 8.01 Other Events.

Effective June 8, 2021, FOMO CORP. ("FOMO") terminated its exclusive acquisition option for PPE Source International, LLC ("PPESI"). There were no material disagreements between the parties. Through its wholly owned subsidiary Purge Virus, LLC, FOMO continues to have a 50-50 profit share on PPE orders sourced by FOMO businesses and delivered to PPESI. The Companies are negotiating a restructuring of the 100,000 FOMO Series B Preferred Shares issued to PPESI for the acquisition option into a sales incentive agreement for PPESI and its affiliates to drive business to FOMO to the benefit of both parties.
