On October 18, 2020, FOMO CORP. engaged Boyle CPA, LLC for audit services related to its fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and for review of quarterly periods ended March 30, 2020, June 30, 2020, and September 30, 2020. An initial payment of $5,000.00 was made to the firm, with an additional $5,000.00 due upon filing of Form 10-Q's for the first three quarters of 2020.
