Foncière INEA announced that the shareholders also approved the appointment of six new directors: five existing or newly acquired shareholders in the capital of the Company following the capital increase of April 11, 2019: Mrs. Alessandra Picciotto Ertan, Mr. Olivier Le Bougeant, Mr. Arnault Dumont (representing the company ADL Consulting), Mr. Ferdinand Brunet (representing Cargo Investment BV) and Jean-Pierre Quatrhomme (representing Allianz Value Pierre); and Mrs. Cécile de Guillebon, Director of Real Estate and General Services within the Renault Group. With these appointments, the Board of Directors increases from 7 to 12 members and thus enriches new real estate and financial skills. Its average age is lowered to 54 years (against 63 previously), the independence rate of its members increases to 75% (against 43% previously) and the rate of feminization (42%) is kept above the threshold legal.

The company at its General Meeting approved the payment of a dividend for the 2018 financial year of €2.20 per share, payable in cash as of June 19, 2019.
