The Core Operations segment represents Chief Operating Office (COO), Strategy and Optimisation (S&O), and Fonterra Farm Source retail stores. The Company’s brands include Anchor, Anmum, Anlene, and Chesdale. Its channel of branded consumer products include powders, yoghurts, milk, butter, and cheese.
