On October 1, 2020, Pawan Verma, Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Customer Connectivity Officer, and a named executive officer, announced his intention to resign from Foot Locker, Inc., effective October 31, 2020, in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Verma's employment agreement will terminate on October 31, 2020.
