Change on the Executive Board of Forbo
The Board of Directors of Forbo Holding Ltd has appointed Andreas Jaeger as the new Chief Financial Officer Forbo Group and member of the Executive Board. He will take up his new position on January 1, 2021, replacing Urs Uehlinger, who will leave the company.

The Board of Directors of Forbo Holding Ltd has appointed Andreas Jaeger as Chief Financial Officer Forbo Group and member of the Executive Board effective January 1, 2021. Andreas Jaeger is 48 years of age, is a Swiss citizen and has a solid financial background, having worked for many years in international industrial companies - most recently as Corporate Controller at Geberit for about five years and before that in various finance functions at Holcim for ten years. Andreas Jaeger is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant with advanced training in business administration and international business law.
The Board of Directors wishes him much success in his new tasks and responsibilities.
The current Chief Financial Officer, Urs Uehlinger, will leave Forbo in the coming months - at the latest by February 28, 2021 - in order to take up new challenges outside the Group.
The Board of Directors thanks him for the work he has done and wishes him all the best for the future.
