	Explanations

There will be a shutdown at our Yeniköy Plant from July 26, 2021 until August 15, 2021 due to scheduled annual vacation. During this time, periodical maintenance will be carried out and our production lines will be prepared for the upcoming new investments. As stated in our Material Disclosures dated 14 April 2021 and 11 May 2021, our annual routine summer shutdown for the Gölcük and Eskişehir factories were brought forward. Consequently no further shutdown is expected.
