The Board is pleased to announce that the Board had resolved to recommend for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), a Final Single Tier Dividend of 10% in respect of the financial period ended 31 March 2011.
The Company is expected to hold its AGM in the month of August 2011 and the Book Closure for dividend entitlement will be announced in due course.
