Formula One Group reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 887 million compared to USD 715 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 887 million compared to USD 715 million a year ago. Net income was USD 118 million compared to USD 108 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.5 compared to USD 0.46 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.39 compared to USD 0.31 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 1,992 million compared to USD 1,819 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,992 million compared to USD 1,819 million a year ago. Net income was USD 125 million compared to USD 184 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.53 compared to USD 0.79 a year ago.
