SOK Investment Pte. Limited entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Plant and Equipment from Kovan Treasure Pte. Ltd. for SGD 88 million on August 5, 2022.

The Consideration represents a 7.4% discount from the Appraised Property Value. Completion of the Acquisition will take place on the Completion Date, which is the date falling eight (8) weeks from the date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
