Forward Air Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire Assets of BarOle Trucking, Inc. from Barole Trucking, Inc. for $35.4 million.

Forward Air Corporation (NasdaqGS:FWRD) entered into an agreement to acquire Assets of BarOle Trucking, Inc. from Barole Trucking, Inc. for $35.4 million on November 1, 2021. In a related transaction, Forward Air Corporation also acquired trucking-related assets of TKI Intermodal, LLC. The acquisitions are expected to add $25 million in revenue for the company and more than 82 new employees, including 95 drivers.

There are no employment redundancies, and newly acquired team members will have significant opportunity for career progression within the greater Forward business. The acquisition is expected to close in December.
