Foster Electric Company, Limited announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the period, on consolidated basis the company reported net sales of JPY 85,220 million compared to JPY 107,298 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 0 million compared to JPY 2,064 million a year ago. Loss attributable to owners of parent was JPY 3,363 million compared to profit of JPY 1,565 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was JPY 148.47 compared to basic earnings per share was JPY 69.15 per share a year ago.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis the company reported net sales of JPY 38,035 million compared to JPY 59,284 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 1,534 million compared to JPY 2,921 million a year ago. Loss was JPY 3,392 million compared to profit of JPY 338 million a year ago.
