Fountaine Pajot SA and NextStage - S.C.A. entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Dream Yacht Charter SARL for €25.1 million.

Fountaine Pajot SA (ENXTPA:ALFPC) and NextStage - S.C.A. (ENXTPA:NEXTS) entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Dream Yacht Charter SARL for €25.1 million on July 27, 2017. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Dream Yacht Charter SARL generated revenue of €90 million. Transaction is expected to close by October 2017.

Christian Wolfrom, Anne-Cécile Déville and Justine Conrard of Latournerie Wolfrom & Associes acted as legal advisors, Jean-François Nadaud and Guilhem de Montmarin of Ernst & Young LLP acted as accountants to NextStage and Fountaine Pajot. Denis Marcheteau, Camille Hurel and Jean-Baptiste Deprez of Chammas & Marcheteau acted as legal advisor to Dream Yacht Charter.
