BRASELTON, Ga. (AP) _ Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOXF) on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $38 million.

The Braselton, Georgia-based company said it had profit of 90 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.07 per share.

The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of seven analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 87 cents per share.

The vehicle suspension maker posted revenue of $260.7 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Six analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $251.4 million.

For the current quarter ending in December, Fox Factory Holding expects its per-share earnings to range from 72 cents to 80 cents.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $240 million to $250 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Fox Factory Holding expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.84 to $2.92 per share, with revenue ranging from $868.2 million to $878.2 million.

Fox Factory Holding shares have increased 22% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $84.91, a rise of 31% in the last 12 months.
