BRASELTON, Ga. (AP) _ Fox Factory Holding Corp. (FOXF) on Thursday reported second-quarter profit of $44.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Braselton, Georgia-based company said it had net income of $1.05. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.20 per share.

The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.02 per share.

The vehicle suspension maker posted revenue of $328.2 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $293.5 million.

For the current quarter ending in October, Fox Factory Holding expects its per-share earnings to range from 95 cents to $1.15.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $300 million to $320 million for the fiscal third quarter.

Fox Factory Holding expects full-year earnings in the range of $4.25 to $4.45 per share, with revenue ranging from $1.2 billion to $1.24 billion.

Fox Factory Holding shares have risen 51% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $159.23, a climb of 62% in the last 12 months.
