Foxby Corp. is a non-diversified, closed end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is total return which it may seek from growth of capital and from income in any security type and in any industry sector. The Fund invests in equity and fixed income securities of both new and seasoned United States and foreign issuers, including securities convertible into common stock and debt securities, futures, options, derivatives, and other instruments. The Fund may invest in a range of industries, including insurance carriers; automotive dealers and gasoline service stations; primary metal; services - computer programming, data processing; non-depository credit institutions; home furniture, furnishings, and equipment stores; building materials, hardware, and mobile home dealers; services allied with the exchange of securities or commodities; automotive repair, depository institutions, and others. Midas Management Corporation serves as the investment manager of the Fund.
