FP Corporation announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the period, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 196,950 million compared to JPY 186,349 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 18,763 million compared to JPY 15,507 million a year ago. Net profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 12,211 million compared to JPY 10,777 million a year ago. Basic earnings per basic share was JPY 147.80 compared to JPY 130.36 per basic share a year ago.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 159,549 million compared to JPY 149,995 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 12,451 million compared to JPY 10,427 million a year ago. Profit was JPY 9,471 million compared to JPY 8,710 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 114.63 compared to JPY 105.36 per share a year ago.
FP CORPORATION is a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of food containers. The easy food containers business is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic food containers, the sale of packaging materials and packaging machines, the sale of raw materials, the export and import of products, the operation of packaging material franchise chains, as well as the provision of catalog mail order services for food containers and packaging materials, and storage, picking and delivery services for its products, among others. The trading business is engaged in the sale of machinery. The Company is also involved in the manufacture and sale of recycled plastic bottle reprocessing products, the manufacture of cardboards and the leasing business.
