On November 4, 2020, Franchise Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its financial results for the third quarter ended September 26, 2020. In addition, on November 4, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, the Company will hold a teleconference for analysts, institutional investors and stockholders to discuss results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ended September 26, 2020.
