On May 6, 2021, Franchise Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
regarding its financial results for the first quarter ended March 27, 2021. A

herein by reference. In addition, on May 6, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, the
Company will hold a teleconference for analysts, institutional investors and
stockholders to discuss results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ended
March 27, 2021.
