Capital Integration Systems LLC announced that it has received $225,000,000 in its first tranche of a round of funding led by new investor Apollo Global Management, Inc. and Motive Capital Management, LLC on January 11, 2022. The tranche included participation from new investor Franklin Resources, Inc. As a part of the tranche, Blythe Masters of Motive Capital Management, LLC and Andrew Gosden of Apollo Global Management, Inc. will join company's board of directors. The company has issued common shares in the transaction.

The company has issued securities pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D. The transaction was raised at post money valuation of more than $1,000,000,000.
