On July 27, 2021, DataRobot, Inc closed the transaction. The transaction was co-led by returning investors Altimeter Capital Management, LP and Tiger Global Management LLC and included participation from new investors Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund, Inc. - Counterpoint Global Portfolio, a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc., Franklin Resources, Inc. ServiceNow Ventures and Sutter Hill Ventures. The round raised at post money valuation of $6,300,000,000. The company has raised over $1,000,000,000 in funding till date. The company has raised funding pursuant to Regulation D from 65 investors.
