PAYMENT OF MANAGEMENT FEE BY WAY OF UNITS

IN FRASERS CENTREPOINT TRUST

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd. (the "Company"), as the Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT"), wishes to announce that the Company has on 27 July 2021 received 380,699 units in FCT ("Units") issued at a price of S$2.427 per Unit (the "Issue Price") as payment of 20% of the base fee component of its management fee for the period from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021 (both dates inclusive) (the "Relevant Period").

The payment of the Company's management fee in the form of Units is provided for in the trust deed constituting FCT dated 5 June 2006 (as amended). The Issue Price is the volume weighted average price of the Units traded on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited for the last ten business days of the Relevant Period.

With the above issue of Units, the Company holds an aggregate of 73,346,584 Units and the total number of Units in issue is 1,699,268,583.
