Properties Limited, I.M. Properties Investments HSBC2 Limited and Christian Vision for approximately ?170 million.

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) entered into an asset sale and purchase agreement to acquire Connexion and Blythe Valley Park, located in the United Kingdom from I.M Properties (BVP1) Limited (?BVP1?), I.M. Properties (BVP3) Limited, I.M. Properties Investments HSBC2 Limited and Christian Vision for approximately ?170 million on May 24, 2021. The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed by June 2021.
