Frasers Property Industrial appoints new Executive General Manager, Australia

SYDNEY, 11 AUGUST 2021

Frasers Property Industrial has announced the appointment of Ian Barter to Executive General Manager, Australia. Effective this month, the major appointment comes as the company continues to grow its multinational platform, with the Australian business demonstrating strong performance over the past financial year with assets under management of over S$4.1 billion1 and its portfolio 100% occupied2.

As Executive General Manager, Mr Barter will be responsible for leading all business functions across Frasers Property Industrial's Australian platform.

Reini Otter, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial comments, "The industrial and logistics sector globally has undergone rapid growth since the strategic business unit was formed in late 2019. With a landbank now of over 2.5 million square metres, the scale of the business made it a priority to appoint an Executive General Manager.

Prior to this, he served as General Manager for New South Wales and General Manager, Business Development.
