Frasers Property Industrial signs new lease at "An den Dieken" in Ratingen, Germany to contract logistics provider HAAF Warehouse Logistics GmbH

  • HAAF Warehouse Logistics GmbH, partnering with JAS Forwarding GmbH leases 11,728 square metres of logistics space

COLOGNE, 06 AUGUST 2021

Frasers Property Industrial has announced it has secured a lease for the property in the industrial park "An den Dieken" in Ratingen in central North-Rhine-Westphalia. The tenant moved into the space in early August. The transport logistics company HAAF Warehouse Logistics GmbH provides services in the automotive, chemical, building materials and packaging industries and is leasing two units at the Ratingen site.

The facility offers 11,728 square metres of space for warehouse and logistics use, 1,409 square metres of office space and 540 square metres of mezzanine space. In addition, 46 car parking spaces are available to employees onsite.

The site borders the urban areas of Düsseldorf, Duisburg, Mülheim and Essen. Due to its central location within the Rhine-Ruhr region, the Ratingen site managed by Frasers Property Industrial offers convenience close to good infrastructure. A direct link to the A524, A52 and A3 freeways connects the German border with the Netherlands in the northwest. The nearest train station is Duisburg-Rahm, which is located five kilometres west of the property. Düsseldorf International airport is 15 kilometres to the south and a 15-minute drive away. Due to its proximity to the ARA ports (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp), the region acts as an inland hub for the international transport of goods, resulting in its popularity with industrial wholesalers.

The property at "An den Dieken" is owned by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust and managed by Frasers Property Industrial.
