REDEMPTION ON MATURITY AND CANCELLATION OF S$200,000,000 3.95% NOTES (ISIN: SG6TD4000005) (THE "NOTES") ISSUED BY FRASERS PROPERTY TREASURY PTE. LTD. (THE "ISSUER") UNDER THE S$3,000,000,000 MULTICURRENCY DEBT ISSUANCE PROGRAMME UNCONDITIONALLY AND IRREVOCABLY GUARANTEED BY FRASERS PROPERTY LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")
The Company wishes to announce that the Notes matured on 7 October 2021, and it has on 7 October 2021 made payment in full of all outstanding Notes in an aggregate principal amount of S$200,000,000 at 100% of its principal amount. Accordingly, it has successfully redeemed all outstanding Notes, and the redeemed Notes have been cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
