Freelance.com has announced the completion of its equity-financed acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Prium group, a French freelance administration company founded in 2012 and expected to achieve sales of €56 million by 2023.
Following the integration of Openwork and STA, the merger with Prium enables Freelance.com 'to consolidate its position as a key player in management and services for the self-employed, in line with its development strategy'.
'The synergies resulting from this combination should enable the Freelance.com group to achieve significant economies of scale and strengthen its competitiveness in the market, while maintaining good control over its operating margins', it continues.
