Freelance.com SA (ENXTPA:ALFRE) signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in Inop's SAS from Odyssée Venture, SAS on March 4, 2020. For year ended December 31, 2019, Inops had revenue of €84 million. Transaction is expected to become effective in the second quarter of 2020.
Freelance.com SA (ENXTPA:ALFRE) completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Inop's SAS from Odyssée Venture, SAS on June 18, 2020. Adrien Tourres, Sébastien Leleu and Virgil Rega of PAX Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor and Emmanuel Charnavel, Matthieu Carillo of Mazars Group acted as financial due diligence provider to Inop's SAS. SB Avocats and Arnaud Vanbremeersch of DTMV & Associés acted as legal advisors to Inop's SAS.

Moreover, Freelance.com develops operates an automated marketplace intended to connect computer service providers (computer service companies, consulting firms, etc.) with each other in order to optimize the management of their contracts with each other;
