Freeport-McMoRan Inc.Appoints Abney to Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, Governance Committee and the Corporate Responsibility Committee

On May 4, 2021, the Board of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. appointed Mr. Abney to serve on each of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Board and Mr. Dudley to serve on each of the Governance Committee and the Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Board. These appointments were effective immediately.
